Positive Connection takes great pride in providing excellent, customized product based on your design. Although we focus on custom cable and wire harness solutions, we have many other capabilities such as box building, wire leads, and molding.

Cable Harnesses​

Based on your cable harness design, we transfer the design onto a board that is then annotated with the details provided by the current revsion of your drawing. Accurate and detailed drawings make this process much more efficient. ​
Box Building​

Box building is one of our newest areas of growth. We are currently building boxes of many different sizes and complexities. Some boxes can be assembled in less than 30 minutes while other may take 6-8 hours!
Wire Leads​

Cutting, stripping, and terminating wires are the humming sounds of our company. Nearly all of our harnesses start with this process. After acquiring a new, automated ARTOS wire processing machine, we increased our efficiency by more than 25%!
Molding​
​​
Molding capability allows us to provide you another essential piece to your harness making puzzle. Most of our molding applications deal with strain reliefs, but we are certainly not limited to just that. The featured picture is a gear shifter knob for a skid-steer. On occasion and by special request only, we may throw something together for holiday decorations.
